Where your data needs to stay onshore, for compliance, for policy, or simply for peace of mind, we can host it in Australia on our own platform. Where a global footprint serves you better, we can do that too.
Cloud is a slippery word, so here is ours. On our platform, private cloud means virtual machines running on hardware we own and operate in our Brisbane racks: isolated for you, provisioned and managed by us, and covered by a 99.99% uptime SLA. It is not a slice of a public cloud run by someone else, and it is not shared cPanel hosting, which carries no SLA.
If you need the whole physical machine, that is a dedicated server. If you would rather bring your own machine, that is co-location. And where isolation matters most, we can run your virtual machines on a host reserved for you alone.
Linux (AlmaLinux) or Windows Server virtual machines sized to the workload, with SSD storage, a dedicated external IP address and a monthly traffic allowance. Windows Server and SQL Server licensing can be included.
Supermicro 1RU servers with dual Xeon processors, redundant power supplies, hardware RAID and IPMI lights-out management. All hardware is guaranteed and maintained while you host with us. Dedicated servers carry a 24-month minimum term.
On virtual machines, dedicated servers and co-location, in writing. Shared cPanel hosting is not covered by an SLA, and we say so rather than blur the line.
We can run and manage it end-to-end, or provision it and hand you the keys. Your call. Either way, 24x7 monitoring of server performance, network and facilities, and a 24/7 on-call team for emergencies.
Councils can engage us through Local Buy arrangement LB308, where Creative Intersection is a pre-qualified supplier for Virtual / Cloud (General). Our staff are police-checked and work under documented security and privacy mandates, and we're open to your security team's audits and questionnaires.
Private cloud virtual machines from $250 a month, dedicated servers from $740, co-location from $420, all plus GST and quoted to your workload. We publish these so you can see the shape of the cost before you call, and we'll tell you plainly if a public cloud would serve you better.
Migrations are where hosting goes wrong most often: downtime, surprise costs, data that doesn't come across cleanly. We plan them properly: what moves, in what order, with what fallback, so the business keeps running while it happens.
Plenty of providers take a site or service offline for hours, sometimes days, to move it. With the coordination and preparation that twenty-plus years bring, we usually manage the switch itself in seconds. We estimate a migration up front, a ballpark at minimum and usually better, then bill the work at our published support rates.
